truly enjoyed every detail about our very pleasant 1 night stay here. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. location: the hotel was near to the centre of goris and old khndzoresk. furthermore, delicious in nature.

Great location with mountain views close to the town center, comfortable room and bed, and a spotlessly clean bathroom.

It was easy to find, close to the main highway, and surrounded by nature. the room we stayed in was comfortable, warm, and had a separate bathroom. the breakfast was great, and we enjoyed playing table tennis and sipping on herbal tea in the beautiful garden. Oh, and the staff was super friendly.

One of the beds was a bit too small, and it would have been better if the guest house had standard size beds in all rooms.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean and had great facilities such as parking and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had the best room at Hayi Tun Guest House and it was absolutely worth it. The location in a quiet street ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the absence of street noise meant we could enjoy the fresh air with open windows. The shower worked perfectly and always had warm water. The kitchen facilities were excellent, allowing us to cook our own meals. The garden was beautiful and inviting, and we even received a lovely parting gift from the owners. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We spent our Christmas here and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had a variety of dishes which catered to even the pickiest eater. We also loved the clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views of the city and hills. Location-wise, it was a bit far from the center, but we enjoyed the walk and the fresh air. the staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We especially appreciated the free use of the kitchen and the complimentary coffee and tea.

The walk to the city center was a bit long, and there was a steep hill on the return journey. the beds were a bit short for taller guests.

During my xmas stay at this guesthouse, I appreciated the warm welcome from the director and staff. The well-maintained garden with beautiful Armenian decorations and the breathtaking view from the terrace were the best aspects. The bedroom, as well as the bathroom, was sparkling clean and tidy. The Armenian breakfast was delicious, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. Location-wise, it's situated in a natural countryside area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The bed mattress was too soft for my liking. Other than that, there were no other negative aspects that I disliked during my stay.
